Cilantro Pan Fried Turnips

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
¼ cup chopped cilantro, more to taste
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
Directions
Peel and dice turnips into ½ inch cubes.
In a skillet over medium, heat olive oil for 1 minute. Add garlic and cilantro and cook for 1 minute. Stir in turnips, salt, pepper, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove cover and increase heat to high and saute turnips for another 5 minutes until slightly golden. Stir in additional cilantro if desired.
